Who we are
Thrive Brief is a health information newsletter at thrivebrief.net. We curate science-backed health content for adults and their aging parents. You can reach us at hello@thrivebrief.net.
What information we collect
When you subscribe to Thrive Brief, we collect your email address. We do not collect your name, phone number, or any other personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by emailing us.
How we use your information
We use your email address solely to send you the free guide you requested and our weekly newsletter. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Email service provider
We use MailerLite to collect subscriptions, store your email address, and send emails on our behalf. Your email address is processed and stored by MailerLite under their security and privacy practices. You can review MailerLite's privacy policy at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Affiliate disclosure
Thrive Brief occasionally recommends products and services through affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we believe are genuinely useful and relevant to our readers. Affiliate relationships are clearly disclosed in emails where they apply.
Analytics & Cookies
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our site — which sections are read, where people scroll, where they click. This helps us improve the writing and the layout. Clarity collects anonymized behavior data through first- and third-party cookies; it does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name or email address. We also use Meta Pixel to measure how our advertising performs. It records anonymized events such as page views, newsletter subscriptions, and outbound clicks. No personally identifiable information is shared with Meta beyond what is required to attribute a click to an ad.
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure general traffic patterns — where visitors come from, which pages they read, and how long they stay. GA4 uses cookies to collect this information in an aggregated, non-identifying form. You can read Google's privacy policy for full details.
Aside from these three services, we do not set tracking cookies of our own.
Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from Thrive Brief at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. Once unsubscribed, we will not contact you again.
