What we're really about

Most health information is written to alarm you or to sell you something. We wanted the opposite. Thrive Brief started with a simple frustration: the everyday signs that pile up as we get older, the afternoon slump, the restless night, the energy that just is not what it was, get waved off as "just getting older," and almost nobody explains what they might have in common.

So we read. The research, the boring parts, the things that do not make headlines. Then we write it down the way you would explain it to a parent you love: honestly, without the lecture, and with the one or two small changes actually worth trying.

We are not doctors, and we will never pretend to diagnose you from across the internet. What we can do is help you notice the patterns, ask better questions, and feel a little more in charge of your own body, and gently help the people you care about do the same.
